Parent Education Event November 27

"We are thrilled to announce that this year’s AMS Living Legacies, D’Neil and Michael Duffy, will be visiting the Montessori School of Columbia the week after Thanksgiving. The American Montessori Society Living Legacy is an annual tribute to an individual whose dedication and leadership has made a lasting impact on the Montessori community.

D’Neil and Michael have been involved in Montessori education for more than 40 years. They are authors of 3 books on Montessori education: Children of the Universe: Cosmic Education in the Montessori Elementary Classroom; Math Works: Montessori Math and the Developing Brain; and Love of Learning: Supporting Intrinsic Motivation in Montessori Students.

D’Neil and Michael Duffy will host a Parent Education Workshop called Understanding and Supporting the Montessori Method on Tuesday, November 27 at 6pm in Rosewood Church.
