Teacher Salary Feedback Request from UNC Charlotte

"Earlier this week, some of you should have received an email about participating in a survey regarding a draft salary scale for early childcare providers.  If you did not, please take five minutes to view our short webinar explaining this important project.  The link to the webinar is https://ceme.uncc.edu/nc-early-childhood-compensation-collaborative/nc-early-childhood-compensation-collaborative-useful. The Center of Educational Measurement and Evaluation (CEME) at UNC Charlotte working together with the North Carolina Early Childhood Compensation Collaborative have created a survey titled "Early Childhood Teacher Salary Scale: Feedback from the Field."  The Collaborative is part of a larger national group working to improve compensation for the early childhood education workforce.
