New Board Member joins SEMC
Austin Smigel of North Carolina has joined the Southeast Montessori Collective board.
Austin is a parent of two Montessori students (one who recently graduated from a Montessori high school), spouse of a Montessori Guide, and Co-head of a Montessori charter school in NC. He received his MBA from Marymount University and his Secondary I and II credentials from the Center for Guided Montessori Studies. Since 2000, he has been working in and with schools to meet the diverse and changing needs of students.
